1.Applicant should have 60% aggregate marks or 6.00 CGPA on a 10 point grade or equivalent grades for B.Tech students, 50 % marks or 5.00 CGPA on 10 point grade or equivalent grades for BBA, B.A (Economics) and B.DES students in aggregate for all subjects of qualifying examination i.e Senior Secondary [10+2] or equivalent from any system of education as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with:
Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of the following subjects Chemistry, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Biology for admission to B.Tech program.
Mathematics as one of the compulsory subject for admission to BA (H) Economics.
English as a compulsory subject for admission to BBA program.
Any stream of courses for B.DES program.
2.The Degrees/Certificates of the applicant should have been recognized and approved by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to the corresponding Indian Degrees/ Certificates.
3.The applicant must hold a valid passport from his/her respective country.
Additional Requirement / Qualifications
1.Mandatory SAT-II score of 1800 and above in Physics, Mathematics and other core subject (as prescribed in academic eligibility criterion) at par with DASA admission.
2.The candidate should be in possession of valid TOEFL/IELTS score. However, the candidates with medium of instruction as English at the level of qualifying degree/certificate with the certification from Head of Institution/Govt. official of the country can avail the waiver from valid TOFEL/IELTS score.
3.Merit list shall be prepared on the basis of the average of (I) & (II) below:
Aggregate score in the subjects as per academic eligibility criterion earlier laid out on page 8.
SAT score obtained in Physics, Mathematics and the other core subject.
4. Evidence of required academic performance must be in the form of certified English transcripts listing all the programs with the grades or marks earned. Transcripts in languages other than English are not acceptable.
5. If the applicant has passed the qualifying examination where grades are awarded:
Where the grade sheet doesn’t mention the equivalent percentage of marks from grade points, the candidate should submit a certificate of conversion from the concerned institution mentioning either the converted percentage or the formula for the actual conversion of grade point average to percentage of marks and
Where the grade sheet itself mentions the equivalent percentage of marks from the grade points or formula for such conversion, the candidate should get both sides of the Degree/Grade Sheet photocopied showing the equivalent percentage of marks/conversion formula and enclose with the Application Form.
6.Any other requirement prescribed by the University from time to time.
Maximum age as on 31st August 2019 for all undergraduate programs where entry qualification is 12th class is 21 (Twenty One) Years
